We can act as your "guide", moderate the various planning sessions, getting a consensus and "buy-in" from the various stakeholders, and provide follow up to help insure your financial institution reaches its goals. | Balanced Scorecards for Company Performance Balanced Scorecards are a high-level measure of a financial institution's performance. They can be used for a wide variety of business uses including incentive plans, team performance measurements, and peer comparisons. We can help determine what are correct scorecard measures for your business, and help to implement a tracking system for these measures. | Asset/Liability Management Planning and Strategies We will work with your institution's ALCO and ALM software to formulate a comprehensive, profitable, and understandable ALM process. We can also help your institution determine what would constitute a realistic ALM policy with ALM policy limits. In addition, we can assist your institution before or after a regulatory exam on ALM. Some clients also want GCG to act as an "independent, expert ALCO member." As such, we can offer to teleconference or be present during your ALCO meeting and give insight into ALM issues that affect your institution. This can be done on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis. |
